Mike Stokes called the meeting to order at 3:00pm.

Mike noted that Eddie Teague withdrew his nomination for the Vice Presidency position but that we still needed to have the Treasurer's election. Lanny Coggins, Sr. retained the office of Treasurer by a vote of 10 to 7. The other Officers were elected by default since no one ran against them. Gilbert Pitts is the new Secretary. Darren Jarrell is the Vice President. And Jeff Breeden is the new President. The Safety Officers are J.W. Plummer, John Rhode, and Jeff Strain.

Mike thanked everyone for 4 great years that he has been President. He said he was impressed with the new officers and saw great things in our Club's future.

Wayne noted Cane Ridge has a new class of Pylon Racing called the "trainer division", intended for beginning pylon racers.

J.W. Plummer and Jeff Breeden led a discussion about making new tables. JW will make 2 prototypes by the next meeting, and if the Club approves, various members will make a total of 10 on a weekend workday. All tables will be water sealed. The old spools will likely be burned. Jeff Breeden asked for donations to help build the table and he received enough offers for 10 tables, eliminating the need to use Club Treasury funds.

Lanny Coggins presented a bank statement showing a balance of $1,085.60.

Jeff Breeden led a lengthy discussion about how the Club should handle grass cutting. Some believed we should ask for volunteers and mark those volunteers on the calendar for when they should cut the grass. Others believed we should have a mandatory list and if someone refuses to cut, we should charge them an extra $30 per year. A variety of different proposals and ideas were presented and Jeff Breeden said we should discuss this further on the our club's website/message boards since we were running short on time.

Jeff Breeden adjourned the meeting at 3:50pm.
